Can I cancel my order?

I want to return/change my product, what are the terms of return/exchange?

Promotional and campaign products that are given as gifts for the product you will return must be returned simultaneously.

The fee belongs to the sender for returns made from other cargo companies besides Aras Cargo.

I want to return the product delivered from the supplier company, what should I do?

There are no returns and exchanges in the supplier company products sold from our site. However, if the product is defective or missing, you can send an e-mail to info@vagzalli.com to add product images and request a return or exchange.

if you have placed your order from Vakzalli.com as a legal entity and have invoice on behalf of the company, you must cut “iade invoice” for your return requests. The return invoice is deducted by the institution in which the shopping invoice is issued on behalf of it, without including the shipping cost for the purchase and forwarded to Vagzalli. Return requests that are not refunded and not delivered to Vagzalli will not be realized.

As a legal entity, the exchange or return processes of the products you have purchased from vagzalli.com are the same as for individual customers.

When will the return of my approved products reach my bank account/credit card?

How will I follow the process after I ship the product?

After your product is received by vagzalli.com, its packaging, accessories, invoice(*) will be checked.

The new product I bought is defective, what should I do?

After your product is delivered by vagzalli.com, its packaging and accessories are checked and sent to the inspection. Within 20 working days from receipt by the Authorized Department, in line with the inspection report by the Authorized Department, the product can be replaced with a new one of the same product, the, the price can be paid by getting a refund or it can be returned to you by performing the repair.


However, if the defect in your product is detected as “user error” (crash, drop, liquid contact, etc.); no action will be taken.
