Delivery Conditions

Our delivery time varies depending on the type of products ordered. Goods in stock are usually shipped out within 15-20 working days. Of personalized or on-order products (for example, wedding candy, bachelor's farewell & wedding accessories, bridal shoes, invitation cards, etc.) cargo delivery processes may vary and the cargo delivery information of each product is indicated on the product page.


The shipping cost for the product you purchased is presented to you when you confirm your order and is added to the order amount within your approval. Do not pay the cargo authority when your order arrives at your address.


We deliver everywhere in Turkey. Delivery zones are limited by the carrier's distribution network.


If the cargo company cannot reach you at the address you gave, it will take your package back to the delivery branch and wait 3 days for you to get it from the branch. During this time, you can get detailed information about your package from the relevant delivery branch.


Cargo fee is not paid for purchases above the specified order amount. If the order amount remains below the specified free shipping amount, the shipping fee is calculated at the time of your order and added to the payment amount.


Shipments are provided by the contracted cargo company.


We recommend that you check your product when receiving it and determine if there is any damage you may notice in the product. If you detect any damage at this stage, we ask that you prepare "Damage Retainer" to the cargo officer and return the product with the same cargo without taking delivery. When the product is declared damaged by the cargo, the return of the product will be initiated and the product will be refunded.


Check the products in the package with the products in the invoice that reached you. "From the "Order Tracking" page you can check the shipping dates and product status of your orders. If you identify missing products, please notify us by emailing us to info@vagzalli.com.


In case of conditions such as crushing, deformation, wetness to the code in the delivery of cargo, "Cargo Damage Determination Retainer" should be arranged. The products kept in the box will be delivered to us by the cargo company and the product fee will be refunded by starting the product return transactions. Our company is not responsible in cases such as delays in shipping or failure to deliver products.


Products are limited to store and central warehouse stocks. After the customer order, the stock of the product is checked and the payment is returned by providing information to the customer about the products that cannot be supplied because they have exhausted their stock. Trial products in stores are sent to customers after the necessary cleaning and renovation is done.
