ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT - Distance Sales Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties under the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the website https://vagzalli.com, owned by the SELLER.

The BUYER acknowledges and declares that they have been informed by the SELLER, in a clear, understandable, and appropriate manner, in an electronic environment, about the name, title, address, telephone number, and other contact details of the SELLER, the basic features of the goods subject to the sale, the sale price including all taxes, the payment method, delivery conditions, costs, and the right of withdrawal, as well as how to exercise this right, the official authorities to which they can submit complaints and objections, and other preliminary information regarding the goods subject to the sale.

The BUYER confirms electronically these preliminary information and subsequently places the order. The preliminary information on the website https://vagzalli.com and the invoice issued upon the BUYER's order constitute an integral part of this agreement.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT/PAYMENT/DELIVERY INFORMATION

The type, quantity, brand/model, sale price, payment method, recipient, delivery address, invoice information, and shipping fee of the product(s) purchased electronically are as follows. The person to whom the invoice is issued must be the same as the person who signed the agreement and took delivery of the product. The information below must be accurate and complete. The BUYER accepts responsibility for any damages arising from inaccuracies or incomplete information and acknowledges that they will bear any related liabilities.

The SELLER reserves the right to suspend the order if the information provided by the BUYER is found to be inaccurate. If the SELLER cannot reach the BUYER through the contact details provided, the SELLER may suspend the order for up to 15 (fifteen) days. If the BUYER does not contact the SELLER within this period, the SELLER has the right to cancel the order.

ARTICLE 4 - AGREEMENT DATE AND FORCE MAJEURE

Unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the parties, which prevent or delay either party's performance of their obligations under this agreement in whole or in part, such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, changes in legal regulations, government actions, strikes, lockouts, or significant malfunctions in production or communication facilities, are considered force majeure.

The party experiencing such force majeure shall immediately notify the other party in writing. During the continuation of force majeure, neither party shall be held liable for their inability to fulfill their obligations. If the force majeure continues for 30 (thirty) days, either party has the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement.

ARTICLE 5 - SELLER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

5.1. The SELLER agrees and undertakes to fully perform its obligations under this agreement, except in cases of force majeure, in accordance with the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

5.2. Individuals under the age of 18 may not make purchases from https://vagzalli.com. The SELLER assumes the age specified by the BUYER is correct. The SELLER cannot be held liable for any misrepresentation of the BUYER's age.

5.3. The SELLER is not responsible for pricing errors arising from system malfunctions or unauthorized interventions in the website. Claims cannot be made based on such errors.

5.4. Orders can be paid for using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) or bank transfers. Orders not paid within a week of the order date will be canceled.

ARTICLE 6 - BUYER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

6.1. The BUYER agrees and undertakes to fully perform its obligations under this agreement, except in cases of force majeure.

6.2. By placing an order, the BUYER acknowledges acceptance of this agreement and agrees to make the payment as specified in the agreement.

6.3. The BUYER acknowledges that they have been informed electronically about the SELLER's identity, the product specifications, prices, payment methods, delivery terms, and other details, and confirms this information electronically before placing the order.

ARTICLE 7 - ORDER/PAYMENT PROCEDURE

Order: Products added to the shopping cart are processed after payment is completed through the selected payment method.

Payment: Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. The processing time begins only after the payment is received in full.

ARTICLE 8 - SHIPPING/DELIVERY PROCEDURE

For Domestic Sales:
The production time for orders placed on https://vagzalli.com is 21–28 days. Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the BUYER within this timeframe.

For International Sales:
The production time for international orders is 21–28 days. Products are shipped via international courier within this period.

ARTICLE 9 - PRODUCT RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

For Domestic Sales:
The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days without penalty. Products customized to specific measurements are not eligible for return.

ARTICLE 10 - PRIVACY

The SELLER will not disclose any BUYER information to third parties except where legally required.

ARTICLE 12 - JURISDICTION

In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the SELLER's or BUYER's jurisdiction shall have authority.
